PEBBLES ™ ice cream sandwiches. My children grew up, they are 12 and 14 year-old young men. But you know what? When it comes to snacks, they become some babies again.

So when PEBBLES ™ invited me to "invent" somethingfor back to school, I said ice cream sandwiches to surprise Tomás and Andrés, not before going to school, but when they return tired and sweaty.
You should have seen their faces when they sought these colorful ice cream sandwiches. Happy, the two asked if they could have another one. Who can resist some María crackers sandwiches with dulce de leche and vanilla ice cream, covered in cereal confetti?
I must confess I love to spoil my boys with food, especially snacks and besides that what child is not happy if after school he or she can have this wonder? They are a feast of flavors and colors.
These ice cream sandwiches are also perfect for a birthday party and the best part is that they are so easy to make children can participate in their preparation! Don’t you think this can be a super fun project?
Without further ado I share with you this not-rocket-science recipe, but first, please download your PEBBLES™ discount coupons here.
