Let's BBQ Season Begins: Yummy Grilled Boneless Pork Chops with Teriyaki Glaze

Since I’m indifferent to meat, I’m not a big fan of pork, but when is about grilling and glazing, I succumb to the temptation!

Take a look at these boneless pork chops. They are seasoned with salt and pepper…
…and once grilled…
…the chops are brushed with a teriyaki glaze…
....then, you put them back on the grill so the glaze sticks to the meat….
We grilled these pork chops and have them with grilled corn on the cob and a Caesar salad and trust me: even the picky eaters loved them.
I hope you like this recipe that I first published on Mamás Latinas and it’s perfect for this Memorial Weekend.
I’ll tell you later about how I was recently introduced to the wonders of grilling and smoking on the BBQ…  Life is beautiful! Viva Florida!
Boneless Grilled Pork Chops with Teriyaki Glaze | Ingredients for 4 portions
4 boneless pork chops
Freshly ground black pepper
½ cup teriyaki glaze

Season the pork chops, on both sides, with salt and pepper. Grill the pork chops for 4-5 minutes each side. The grilling time will depend on the heat of your grill. To know when the meat is done, a good idea is to check with a meat thermometer. The inside temperature of the meat should be 160˚F. While in the grill, brush the chops with the teriyaki glaze, flip them and cook them for 1 minute. Glaze the other side and cook for 1 minute.
